It's no secret that I enjoy shopping far, far too much...
One thing that irks me about coming home to Luxembourg (aside from the lack of decent coffee shops) is leaving all the shops I adore in England behind. British high-street-fashion cannot be equalled by anything the continent has to offer. It's not just Luxembourg; Germany is slightly better but it still can't measure up to anything the average high street in the UK has to offer. Due to this, I spend a rather large amount of my time here checking out my favourite retailers' websites and making lists of things I want...I have far too much time on my hands, clearly...it's a little bit sad that I have a folder in my bookmarks labelled "Stuff I Want"...Anyway, the items currently on my wishlist (and shopping list for when I head back to uni) are as follows:
Heart button socks - Debenhams; skirt - New Look; blouse - Dorothy Perkins; shoes - Office; printed dress - Topshop; bag - Accessorize; pyjama set - Topshop
Obviously I can't buy them all at once and the Topshop printed dress will probably just be a dream purchase, but I need those pyjamas in my life, for sentimental value if nothing else (My boyfriend's nickname for me is Egg...don't ask!) I also need a new bag to carry all my books to uni and back without disintegrating under their weight and the Accessorize bag would be perfect! The shoes are just gorgeous <3 and I'm going to try rocking over-knee socks this autumn, as long as it's not too cold! The skirt and blouse are very typical of my style, I had a similar skirt from Primark but alas, the zip has broken beyond repair (you get what you pay for) so this New Look version would be the perfect replacement!
Do you spend too much time "window-shopping" like me? Or are you a spontaneous shopper?
